Wedding Ordering FAQ's
Our minimums only apply to individual items. If you only need a bridal bouquet, go for it! Our pricing is based on what it takes for us to make our products, do what we do, which is why you’re here! We do not provide custom quotes outside of our online weddings.
We delivery during the week only, anywhere in Metro Vancouver for a a flat fee of $50 per location. If you will be needing delivery to multiple locations this will be added to your order during your final consultation prior to payment. If you are getting married out of town, we can quote you on delivery, or we can deliver the day prior to your event to an address within Metro Vancouver.
Your initial payment must be made online with a credit card. Your remainder can be paid by e-transfer, check or credit card.
Booking Your Date
We know things change, you might not have your final number or know everything you need yet, and that’s okay! Build your wedding flowers for what you think you will be needing and a 30% non-refundable deposit will be made at checkout based on the total of items in your cart. This purchase is your minimum payment and you have officially booked your date! Any changes can be made during our finalization prior to your final payment, the week of your event.
Our 30% deposit in non-refundable and cannot be used as a store credit. If you are not rescheduling your wedding, you forfeit your deposit entirely. If you are needing to reschedule your wedding or event for a later date, we will allow one date change into 2022 only, there are no exceptions. If you have to reschedule again, you will be required to make a new order and deposit for your new date. Once your remainder has been paid, no refunds will be issued.
What Comes Standard With Olfco Weddings?
Personal bouquets and arrangement come with vessels. Our bouquets are wrapped in a white silk ribbon and archway flowers will be delivered with zap straps so you can attach your items with ease. If you would like to use personal vases, have your own ribbon or you have any cultural considerations, these can be noted in your order and discussed during the finalization of your order the week of your event. Prices will not change for these edits, unless more product is needed to purchase.
How do I customize my order?
Easy! Every time you add an item to your cart, you will have the opportunity to upload up to 3 files you have collected for inspiration.
