Delivery Days
We deliver everyday during the week; Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays unless otherwise stated.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery up until 10am!
Local Delivery Areas
Delivery areas included in our flat rate shipping fee: Vancouver, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Port Moody, Langley, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows. If you do require delivery outside of our delivery area, please email us with the address and we can send you a quote.
Delivery Windows
Daily deliveries are made from 11am-8pm. We do not accept delivery time requests as our deliver driver will take the quickest, most economic route. If the delivery address is a business, we will make a note. If your recipient is not home, they will be notified that the flowers will be left at the front door, in the lobby or they will be scheduled for another delivery time/address if they can't be left in a safe space.
Delivery Issues
We're humans doing our best! All we want is our flowers to arrive safely and our customers to be happy, but please remember we're not foolproof. Please don't hesitate to email us, we're happy to help and solve any problems!
