What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn't home when we arrive, we'll first look for a safe, sheltered place to leave the bouquet whenever possible. If we're unable to leave it safely or the recipient is away, we'll make every effort to contact them and arrange a new delivery time that works. If we can't reach them, we'll get in touch with the sender to discuss the next steps and ensure the flowers are delivered safely.
Can I order a custom bouquet?
Absolutely! We love creating custom bouquets tailored to your favourite flowers, colour palette, or occasion. Custom bouquets have a minimum starting price of $250, depending on your request. If you're looking for something beautiful at a lower price point, we're confident you'll find the perfect option in our curated collection of handcrafted bouquets, designed for every style and budget.
